I had a spartan race to run, my feet were killing me. I purchased Pure Stride orthotics hoping they would help and they were amazing. They hurt a little at first being so different from the insoles that come with my shoes, but it went away by race time. It felt like my feet were finally aligned correctly and I had support underneath. I barely felt tired once I finished, not sure I would have made it without them. I have bought 3 more pair since for all my shoes, and am pain free since.
